Shipping policy

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We currently accept orders for eligible United States delivery addresses only. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are excluded. Available destinations and delivery services are checked at checkout.

Shipping is charged separately. The amount depends on the order's shipping weight and destination and is displayed before payment. A pack discount does not include free shipping. Any applicable tax is shown in the checkout total.

For orders of 1–20 products, allow an estimated two full business days for preparation, followed by approximately 2–5 business days for US standard transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Larger orders, holidays, stock issues and carrier disruptions can take longer. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil the order as agreed.

Check your address before paying. Contact auradeluna@aurafriki.love promptly for corrections, tracking, a missing parcel or delivery problems. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. Any additional delivery cost caused by an incorrect address will be explained before a paid resend is arranged.

If goods arrive damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete, contact us with the order number and photographs where possible. Please contact Aura de Luna for return instructions before sending goods back.
